Refunds or Exchanges:
Because most items are made to order we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All of our pieces are made with love and good vibes and built to withstand the normal/daily wear. If for some reason, you are not happy with your piece we are happy to work with you to re-work the piece or make necessary changes to your ultimate satisfaction. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs should such an issue arise.
Deposits:
Deposits are required for all custom orders. We will work with you on the deposit and it is usually between 20-50% of the total project cost.
Deposits are non-refundable and pay us for our time and energy if you decide not to proceed with purchase. The remainder of the total project cost is due within 24hours of project completion date unless otherwise arranged or your deposit will be forfeited and you must pay entire project cost to receive your piece(s).
Shipping Policies:
All items are currently shipped using United States Postal Service. You will receive a tracking number by Email or Direct Message (based on how your order was placed) once your package ships. United States customers should usually receive packages in 3-7 business days after shipping. Items shipped within the United States territory will automatically include a tracking number and $50 of insurance. International customers should usually allow 10-30 business days to receive package after shipping depending on customs in your country.
When Will My Order Ship?
For items that are already crafted such as Aura Protection Amulets, some rings and wrapped gemstones or any item in the shop that does not require customization please allow 4-7 business days for shipping.
For items that require customization such as rings, earrings, some wire wrapped pendants etc that are handcrafted to order by MoonLit & Aaza we ask that you allow 14-31 business days for your order to be filled and shipped unless otherwise communicated. We put time, love, and dedication into each piece to ensure that your order is beautifully crafted and meets/exceeds both our and your expectations. We work on orders daily and fill orders in the order in which they are received. We appreciate your patience and look forward to pleasing you with your handcrafted treasures from Kemajik Gems.
I sent a message on the website, why didn't I get a response?
If You send a message through the chat option online and log out immediately we have no way to message you back. Please either send us an email at kemajikgems@gmail.com or give us a few minutes to respond to your message with the chat option.
I got an extra piece in my package, do I need to pay for it??
Often we will add extras to packages if moved by the universe to do so. These are gifts for you to keep or share with a friend or family member or even a stranger however you see fit. You don’t owe us any additional currency.
How do I clean my jewelry?
You can clean your copper jewelry by soaking it in apple cider vinegar for a few minutes and then rinse with spring water and towel dry. Silver Jewelry can be cleaned using jewelry cleaner from your local stores. We have cleaning tutorials on or FaceBook page and will be adding some to YouTube Soon. Additionally you may contact us and ship your jewels to us for cleaning for a small fee.
